Collaring Machine S-80
One of the latest T-DRILL innovations is a new highly effective collaring machine S-80 for butt welded branching of tubes. The S-80 machine has fully automatic collaring cycle: Pilot hole milling, collar forming and finally trimming of the collar.
The machine has been developed for thin walled tubes to make collars between 10–80,0 mm faster than ever before, which makes it a perfect solution for high volume applications while our traditional collaring machines are able to make perfect collars on heavy wall tubes.
Flanging machine F-170
Another release is the second generation of the Flanging machine F-170. This machine is easy to move from one place to another and fits perfectly for job site or pipe fabrication shop.
The working cycle is fully automatic without any tool changes. The F-170 is suitable for pipe diameters 26,9–168,3 mm, PN16 Sch. 10.
Power Notcher PND-54
Power Notcher PND-54 is a new device with pneumatic power source for cutting and dimpling the tube ends for easier brazing. The result is an inspectable brazed joint with the best possible flow characteristics.
Collar sizes: 12, 14–16, 18, 22, 28, 35, 42 and 54 mm.
Collaring machine TEC-150
TEC-150 pipe collaring machine with Tube Measuring Table for butt-welded pipe branching was introduced in 2001 and has since proven its efficiency. The machine has been very successful and there’s more than 180 delivered units this far.
The TEC-150 offers operator friendly interface to produce collars up to 219,1 mm. At the fair T-DRILL will demonstrate TEC-150 with pipe measuring table that makes positioning very easy.
Collaring machine S-54
Another effective collaring machine is the automatic S-54 for producing collars up 54 mm for brazed and welded joints. Typical applications include automotive engine cooling tubes. Other typical applications are house- and industrial air-conditioning tube joining. Both straight and bent tubes can be processed.
At the fair T-DRILL presents S-54 making collars on bent tubes which is one of the best application for this machine, especially in automotive engine cooling and exhaust recycling applications.
Collaring unit HFT-2000 SS
The HFT (Hand Feed Table) is used in conjunction with the Portable T-DRILL T-65 SS collaring machine, which is manually moved by the operator after each produced collar. Featuring easy pin-to-hole positioning, the unit is highly productive in standard manifold production.
This system is capable of producing collars of 17–51 mm in run tubes of 32–114mm. With this collaring unit you can produce five 51 mm collars in less than ten minutes without moving the tube. The HFT-2000 SS is designed for stainless steel manifold production, but can be used even for copper tubes just by changing the tooling.
Chipless Cutting Machine TCC-28
A highly automated and accurate cut-off system TCC-25 is for chipless cutting of thin walled tubes. The machine is especially suitable for automotive brake and fuel tube cutting.
Other applications are aluminium and copper tube cutting within automotive and house/industrial air-conditioning applications.
