The TCC-45 EF8 is a heavy duty chipless tube cutting station with integrated hydraulic endforming.

The TCC-45 EF8 has been designed for automatic chipless rotary cutting, grooving and endforming. All three operations are made simultaneously, which eliminates tube handling from cut-off machine to stand alone endformer. This increases productivity and improves accuracy and quality. The system can be programmed for long, fully unmanned production batches.

The machine is equipped with six forming stations capable of producing most standard forms with single tooling set-up: beads, O-ring beads, flares, hose couplings, expansion, reduction, etc.
